Somewhere around 5:00 pm on the evening of May 1, 2011, Cecil Baker, 47, was getting ready to make the long drive from his home in Barbourville, Ky to visit his 14-year-old daughter in Michigan.
He was driving his light green 1994 hatchback Geo Metro, KY Plates 474CDH.
Cecil, nor his car has been seen since and there have been no leads available concerning his disappearance. There is very limited information available about his disappearance.
