Cecil O. Baker

“My husband passed away two years ago but I know where my husband’s at. He’s right down the road in the cemetery. But my little brother…I don’t know where’s he’s at.”

Somewhere around 5:00 pm on the evening of May 1, 2011, Cecil Baker was getting ready to make the long drive from his home in Barbourville, Ky to visit his 14-year-old daughter in Michigan.

He was driving his light green 1994 hatchback Geo Metro, KY Plates 474CDH.

Cecil, nor his car has been seen since and there have been no leads available concerning his disappearance.

Tattoos: Tattoo of the name “Tammy” with a heart underneath it on the inside of his right forearm. He also has a tattoo of a bird.
Clothing: A brown and white striped button-down polo shirt, tan or brown khaki pants and a watch. Also wore black framed prescription eyeglasses.
